Seeking to appeal both to the fine art tattoo and permanent cosmetics clientele, we have accomplished the extraordinary. Artist/Designer and co-owner Mark Weston continues to amaze his loyal and new patrons with his diverse tattoo art style, as well as the fine detail and steady hand needed for cosmetic and medical tattooing.
Artistry Concepts is unlike any other tattoo arts or permanent cosmetics studio. With the ambiance of an upscale salon with a spa-like atmosphere, the comfort and elegance is surrounded by a gallery of tattoo art, custom etched glass and fine oil paintings. All done by your artist, Mark Weston. His Key West sunset airbrushed murals span the walls welcoming you into an experience like no other Florida studio.
With the onslaught of mainstream fine art tattooing, Artistry Concepts caters to those seeking an extraordinary experience....both in tattooing and permanent cosmetics. We offer the unusual and the innovative.
While most tattoo studios offer your typical "pick and stick" images off the wall, almost every tattoo that leaves our doors is unique unto it's own. Our lobby is not lined with rows of "flash" (pre-drawn images), but adorned with photos of many of our patrons and their custom tattoos. You will never see one of M. Weston's custom tattoos on another person. There is a big difference between the ability to draw versus the ability to trace stencils.
In the cosmetic tattooing (permanent cosmetics) field, we offer beyond the typical eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color. With M. Weston's years of tattooing experience, he is able to offer blush and eye shadow colors. This is not something that any permanent cosmetic technician should be trusted to do....it takes years of conventional and custom tattooing and shading experience to achieve the proper natural effect. We are also able to offer scar camouflage by blending natural skins tones into the scar area. It necessarily does not have to be covered with a tattoo.

TATTOOS OF THE WEEK
Chris Kirby of Englewood had an
appointment with another
area
tattoo shop. But unfortunately, they did "draw" the King Neptune
artwork the way he requested and it wasn't ready when he showed for his
appointment. He found his way to Artistry Concepts and Mark drew
exactly what he wanted, and Chris was getting his tattoo one hour later.
Not only did Chris get what he wanted, he even ended up paying less!

Zac Carrington of Englewood previously had the skeleton
done by Mark and he returned to have stained glass added. With
Mark's creative and artistic talents also as a stained glass artist, he
was able to perfectly create the necessary highlights of a stained -glass
look. Zac was thrilled..."It looks just like stained glass!"

Regardless of what you may hear and read, there are no "licensing" requirements in the State of Florida for tattooing. Anyone considering getting a tattoo needs to read this important information.
Welcome to the M. Weston Gallery of Fine Art Tattooing...take some time to browse our Gallery. Whether a body mural, sleeve, or simple tattoo, Artistry Concepts will personally work with you from beginning to end to assure you the finest tattoo possible.
Our artist has 13 years experience in the cosmetic tattooing field. We use only the finest tattoo pigments; we do not utilize the vegetable--based pigments. Our permanent cosmetics are truly permanent.
We have now expanded our specialty services to includes various areas of Medical Related Tattooing.
Not only is M. Weston a master tattoo artist, but a nationally known artist in the fields of etched & carved glass, wood and stone. Adding to his repertoire is also pin- striping, airbrushing, sign painting & lettering and oil painting. A true master in all fields of art.
